Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms of Service.

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A dispatch confirmation will be sent once your order has been produced and shipped.

As all Claire Louise products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current production and delivery times.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may occur if:

  • A product is unavailable or cannot be produced.

  • We are unable to authorise your payment.

  • An error has occurred in pricing, product information or product descriptions.

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Made-to-Order Products

Every Claire Louise product is individually made to order, helping to reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns, refunds and your statutory consumer rights.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, imagery and specifications are accurate.

As many of our products are individually produced, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. Colours may also vary depending on your device or monitor settings.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
