Made to Order

Every Claire Louise piece is made to order especially for you. Please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be carefully produced before it is dispatched.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 working days

• Europe: 5–10 working days

• International: 7–15 working days unless shipped standard.

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing.

Returns

As our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you shop thoughtfully.

Every order is made especially for you, helping us reduce waste and avoid overproduction. Thank you for supporting thoughtful, sustainable production. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than it being faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
