Returns & Refunds

As every Claire Louise product is made to order especially for you, we kindly ask that you shop thoughtfully before placing your order.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@claire-louise.co.uk to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than it being faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Made-to-Order Products

All Claire Louise products are made to order especially for you. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

As our products are made to order, they may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) rights under applicable consumer protection laws where goods are made to a customer's specifications or produced specifically upon order.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
