During the lockdown, Claire Louise created a unique series of illustrations celebrating the character and charm of Durham City. Inspired by its historic landmarks, independent businesses, quirky shop fronts, and iconic streets, the collection captures a moment in time and pays tribute to one of the North East's most beautiful cities.
The artwork was originally commissioned by Northern Stores & Deli and featured on a range of exclusive giftware. Although the shop is no longer trading, the collection remains one of Claire's most popular and continues to be available online.
