She then uses machine embroidery on the original paintings to introduce texture and intricate detail, reflecting the decorative qualities of historical costumes. This combination of painting, line and embroidery gives the original artworks their distinctive character.

The finished designs are reproduced as printed artwork for the collection’s decorative cushions and mounted Giclée art prints.
